Getting started

Classes last approximately one hour and are on-going so you may begin anytime. Simply bring a towel if you remember, or a mat if you have one. Try to arrive l0 minutes early for your first class to fill out registration form.

You may pay before or after class for walk-in fee only; or for a series of any eight classes to be completed within 8 weeks; or for a 4 week series of 12; or for a 4 week unlimited.

Yoga Studio is located at One City Centre, one block north of the square on the NE corner of College and 7th.  Walk up 2 flights of marble stairs and left to suite 313 or take elevator and walk across atrium to right.

Loose comfortable clothing is most appropriate and you may come as you are or change in dressing room or restrooms.

You'll be glad to know that classes are small, averaging 6-l0 students, and we believe in "better late than never" so don't stay away if you can't get to class on time. The first l0-15 minutes is generally an easy warm-up period with breathing exercises which may easily accommodate late comers.
