Tai Chi/Chi Kung/Seniors

Standing postures attend to breath, balance and gentle
circular movements. The practice is nicely repetitive
allowing for meditative, relaxing, and toning benefits.
Beginner level (I)
Vinyasa
Yoga
Intermediate/experienced
level (II-III). This recently popular style choreographs
postures into flow sequences while remaining rooted in traditional yoga.
